01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Zorya Labs platform, commissioning a custom lab run, or purchasing assets from our catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not utilize our data extraction services or proprietary infrastructure.
02. Digital Assets & Refund Policy
Zorya Labs provides high-value, proprietary digital intelligence. Due to the easily copied nature of digital datasets, all sales are final.
Once an asset is purchased from the catalog or a custom lab run is successfully delivered to your vault, we cannot issue refunds. If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing an asset, please contact our support team immediately for remediation.
03. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Zorya Labs operates on an enterprise-standard Intellectual Property framework designed to grant you complete sovereignty over your custom assets while protecting our foundational engineering. Our IP is strictly divided into two categories:
A. Core Infrastructure (Background IP)
Zorya Labs retains 100% exclusive ownership of all proprietary engines, boilerplate codebases, methodologies, and base models engineered prior to or independently of your commission. This explicitly includes our Python data extraction scripts, web-scraping architectures, Next.js UI component libraries, RAG database architectures, and un-modified, foundational AI persona models.
You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize this infrastructure strictly as it operates under the hood of your final product.
B. The Tailored Asset (Foreground IP)
You (the Client) retain 100% full and exclusive ownership of the bespoke, tailored asset generated specifically for your business during our engagement. This explicitly includes your proprietary corporate data, the specific behavioral guardrails and brand voice of your tuned AI persona, the customized user interface, and any bespoke market reports generated for your vault.
Under your usage license, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Extracting, reverse-engineering, reselling, or distributing the Zorya Labs Core Infrastructure (Background IP) to third parties.
- Publishing proprietary datasets or bespoke logic frameworks publicly on the internet or open forums.
- Utilizing our infrastructure or base architectures to train competing machine learning models or automated analysis engines.
04. Custom Commission Parameters
When commissioning bespoke architecture or market extractions, Zorya Labs acts on the parameters provided by the client. While we engineer pipelines for extreme accuracy, real estate, financial markets, and AI models are inherently volatile. Zorya Labs does not guarantee specific investment outcomes or financial returns resulting from the use of our logic.
05. Disclaimer of Liability
The logic, architecture, and data provided by Zorya Labs is strictly for informational and operational purposes. It does not constitute formal financial, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that any investments or business decisions made utilizing our datasets or AI agents are executed entirely at your own risk.
