By accessing the Zorya Labs platform, commissioning a custom lab run, or purchasing assets from our catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not utilize our data extraction services.

2. Digital Assets & Refund Policy

Zorya Labs provides high-value, proprietary digital intelligence. Due to the easily copied nature of digital datasets, all sales are final.

Once an asset is purchased from the catalog or a custom lab run is successfully delivered to your vault, we cannot issue refunds. If you experience technical issues downloading an asset, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage License

When you acquire a report from Zorya Labs, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the data for your internal business operations, investment analysis, or direct client presentations.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling the raw datasets or reports to third parties.
• Publishing the datasets publicly on the internet.
• Utilizing the data to train competing machine learning models or automated analysis engines.

4. Custom Lab Runs

When commissioning a custom market extraction, Zorya Labs acts on the parameters provided by the client. While we strive for extreme accuracy, real estate and financial markets are inherently volatile. Zorya Labs does not guarantee specific investment outcomes resulting from the use of our data.

The data provided by Zorya Labs is strictly for informational and analytical purposes. It does not constitute formal financial, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that any investments or business decisions made using our datasets are done entirely at your own risk.
